Dear Linda, I am in love with your quite beautiful – and very informative – new magazine... ...Extravagant congratulations on your first issue. It’s a smash, from the very idea through its execution. Cordially, Rose Bennett Gilbert Writer

Linda, I''ve just received the "premiere issue" of your magazine and I''m impressed! Needless to say, "we" look very good in the "Luxury in the kitchen" segment, thank you. I''d like to chat with you about some editorial for next year. Please give me a call after you''re done with the champagne. The magazine is everything you told me it would be and more, so refreshing! All the best, Art Osborne Designer Poggenpohl U.S., Inc.

Just wanted to let you know that I saw a copy of the magazine. I would like to say that you did an amazing job….everything is well done. I love the cover paper and the photos are great! The inside is well laid out and the quality of the printing is great too… It’s very well organized and at the same time not boring or commercial! I believe you achieved your goal exactly… You should be very proud of yourself. So congratulations to you on a job well done! Best of Luck... Rose!!! Rose DeLeo DeLeo Construction

Linda, Just a note to tell you that I was ecstatic about the magazine. The layout, the artistic excellence, and overall feel of quality. I am delighted to have been included in the premier edition. Everything from the feel of the paper to the printing clarity, and overall feeling tone, speaks volumes about your mission. Congratulations and HIGH MARKS to you and your staff. My husband pushed the magazine over to my side of the bed a few nights ago, just as I was falling asleep, and told me he thought I''d like it. I began to read it this morning and was immediately impressed with the quality of the production and your Letter from the Editor. I am a former editor (Bloomberg magazine), and the letters from the editor in Architectural Digest and Vanity Fair never fail to entertain with their vacuous copy and self-congratulating tone. Yours, on the other hand, was content-driven, elegantly written, and a thoroughly clean proposition. What''s more, my husband and I recently moved from Princeton, NJ into a renovated carriage house on Byram Shore Rd. (which we''re still re-renovating) and all the points you touched on in your letter (and the premier issue) are relevant to us.

I just spent the last hour looking through your inaugural issue.I think it''s great you are focused singularly on the Modern Estate.I have worked with or known of many of the pro''s that contributed to the first edition. As a Realtor over the last 28 years I''ve seen publications come and go.Yours has legs!!

As I was digging through my mail this afternoon after being out of town a few days, I came upon the first issue of The Modern Estate. My first impression is that it''s terrific. What I like most is your mix of resources and thoughtful advice. I think a lot about different things I''d like to do with my home - yet the whole process can be quite daunting. So thanks for launching what looks to be a "must read"!
